FINDINGS. The study shows normal in size, shape and parenchymal signal intensity of liver. Ther is a 2.1 x 2.1-cm wel-defined enhancing lesion at anteroinferior segment of right hepatic lobe, which shows isointense to liver parenchyna on T1WT2W, honogeneous enhancement on arterial phase and persistence enhancement on all phases. Portal vein and hepatic veins are patent. No dilatation of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct is seen. Gallbladder is normally distended without demonstrable gallstone. Pancreas, spleen, both adrenal glands and both kidneys appear unremarkable. There is no significant enlarged intraabdominal lymph node. No ascites is seen The visualized marrow appears unremarkable. The included basal lungs show no discrete pulmonary nodule. No pleural effusion is suspected. IMPRESSIONS: A 2.1 x 2.1-cm wel-defined enhancing lesion at anteroinferior segment of right hepatic lobe, which shows signal intensity and enhancing pattern as described. Differential diagnoses are hepatic adenoma, FNH. Hepatocellular hemangioma, carcinoma is less likely. Tissue diagnosis is recommended.
