I recommend just putting that you are " Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively." You don't really need that you work independently without supervision, because that is what independent means to employers. I understand why you want to say it, but it sounds a bit redundant. I added collaboratively to show that you work well with others (maybe redundant since you mentioned being a team player, so you don't really need it) but can also work independently.
