CORPORATE SECRETARIAT OFFICER
Responsibility:
Prepare notice and minutes of board and shareholder meeting. Facilitate on administrative work for board and shareholder meetings. Responsible for
preparing and maintaining updated corporate records. Ensure sound practice
on corporate legal and corporate governance process.
Qualification:
- Age between 25 - 35 years
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business Administration, English, or related field.
- Experience in corporate secretary and/or be familiar with the SET or the SEC rules
and regulations would be an advantage
