Job Requirements
~7 years Human Resources Generalist experience
Experience with growing, multi-site company a plus
BA required, Masters and PHR or SPHR preferred
Demonstrated expertise in employee relations/ performance management a must
Experience managing large scale HR projects such as HRIS implementation, Engagement Survey implementation
Experience developing HR processes (orientation, training, recruiting) from scratch a plus
Strong employee relations skills (applying employment law)
Demonstrated ability to build strong, consultative relationships with operational partners
Experience with all functions within HR required
