Transportation to Fair Venues
1. Some hotels will provide free shuttle bus services to the venue during the fair period. Please check with the concierge of your hotel for availability and schedule.

Collection of Important Documents
1. VIP Card
VIP Card grants complimentary access to the VIP Lounge. Please collect your VIP Card from the VIP Lounge at the back of Hall 3C (Check in at the Buying Mission Service Check in counter located at the entrance of Hall 3C).
2. Welcome Kit
Please collect the kit (complimentary fair catalogues) from the VIP Lounge.
3. Hotel Sponsorship Voucher
If you have successfully applied for Hotel Sponsorship or Air + Hotel Package, please collect your Hotel Sponsorship Voucher from the Buying Mission Service Counter (Hall 3C, Booth no: 3C-B28).
Please present your acknowledgement letter, your passport, a completed questionnaire (available at the Buying Mission Service Counter), your name card and other documents required as stipulated in your acknowledgement letter when collecting the Hotel Sponsorship Voucher.
Remarks:
Applicable only if your application for HKTDC sponsorship or travel incentive programme is approved.

4. Corkage Free Promotion Programme
Present this letter with your business card at the “Visitor Promotion Counter” at Booth No. 3G-D32 to redeem one coupon for the waiving of the corkage charge for one bottle of wine or spirit during 6-16 November 2014 when dining at over 70 participating restaurants!

Buyer Services
1. Buyer Experience Programme
To introduce you to our new exhibitors and new zones, a list of these
exhibitors will be ready for your pick-up at the reception desk of
the VIP Lounge & Buying Mission Service Counter. Please consider
them when planning your schedule at the Fair. A Macaron USB
will be provided to you should you meet with 20 of those selected
exhibitors and present their business cards to the receptionist at
the HKTDC Premier Card Service Counter (Booth Number: 3C-A49).
2. Buyers Guided Tour
To facilitate your visit in our fair especially to the featured products and zones,
“Guided Buyer Tours” will be arranged according to the schedule below.
The tour will take around 30 - 40 minutes. An Aeroplane USB Hub will be
given to you upon completion of the tour as souvenir.
