(2)The teacher expressed their opinions on the problems of the learning resources management in Sahapanyawit secondary schools as follows: The problems mostly found in the process of resources management planning (Plan), the process of implementation (Do), the process of checking the learning resources (Check), and the process of improving and developing the learning resource establishment (Action) were shortage in personnel or persons in charge for administration, teachers and school personnel, an excessive workload, being inadequate time to prepare information about learning resources in school.
