8.4.5 Designer/Developer
The work of translating the requirements of what a system must do or be (“Requirements”)
into a product that will meet those needs is called design. The work of design may include the
participation of systems architects, database administrators, testers, trainers, documentation
tech writers and others to come up with how to meet the needs. The designed product is then
transferred to those who will make it come to life i.e., the developers.
