ISTANBUL (AA) -A Turkish group, organized in social media to protest against the massacre in Egypt, held a demontration in Sarachane Park of Turkey's Istanbul city on Thursday.
Egyptian researcher-writer Ahmad Yosef, condemning Wednesday's security forces intervention in Egypt, said in his speech during the protest that pro-democracy rallies continued to resist and millions would keep fighting against the coup in the squares.
General Director of RASD News Agency Amr Farrag also condemned the massacre as well as the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates who supported the coup.
"We do not only fight with pro-coup, we also fight against the supporters of Israel and US," said Farrag who thanked Turkish government for backing Egyptian people.
Meanwhile, the New Yorker demonstrators also protested the intervention which killed at least 578 according to the Egyptian Health Ministry.
Protesters criticized US' financial aid to the country and held banners against the massacre in Egypt.
