We are bowl over from your mention. Because of this panel is good of quality image and this panel can work properly as well before send to Japan.
Refer to complaint No. : L-0000013240 We inform this issue just only cover’s damage and also attached any logs file good calibration in service tool is pass.
And I was asked Katou-san, If we can change the detector cover by ourselves or not.
I don’t know why the result of this panel is bad news for us.
