RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service Call Coordination
a) Handle call in and inquiries for service request.
b) Log in service calls into corporate system.
c) Dispatch service calls to service representatives.
d) Ensure follow up on further attention service calls.
e) Close call, data entry and CI work orders in the corporate system for completed jobs.
f) Assist in trouble shooting on minor machine problems.
g) Liaise with Field Service Team Leaders on service related matters whenever necessary.
h) Responsible to check and clear all pending work orders (especially above 30 days).
i) Generate Parts Requisition.
j) Generate invoice for non-contract customers.
k) Assist and coordinate up-country service calls.
2. Other Duties
a) To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field, new graduate is welcome.
2. Preferably with prior working experience.
3. IT literate.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
6. Pleasant personality.
