As you know, on all of our case files in Orion, we stamp the following message on the front – “Private & Confidential – Access restricted to staff directly assigned to this case”.
We also keep case information in the Active Case folders on the Orion server. The same restrictions apply to the files on the folder as the physical files. Staff may only access the folders of cases that they are assigned to work on. The server keeps a log of all access to our Active Case Folders and the company will investigate any unauthorized access to these case folders. Please remember that you may only access the folders of cases that you are assigned to work on by your supervisor. If you are not sure which folders you are authorized to access, please check with your supervisor. Thank-you for your cooperation on this matter.
