Actually they (Ishida Taisensha) informed us of that the payment hasn’t been done even now.
According to ITO’s information, at first, attached invoices had been delivered to jms shop, so he asked them to send these invoices to T-TAC HQ then.
So we had thought that the payment has already been done. At the present time, we haven’t confirmed if they surely sent these invoices to you yet.
Hence, first of all, we would like you to confirm if the payment of these invoices has been done or not.
If not, there is a problem.
The delivery of these items has been done before the end of December 2014. (Please look at invoice issue date.)
It means these expenses should have been reflected on account closing for 2014.
In case of that, what should we do to pay these expenses?
(Should we request Ishida Taiseisha to re-issue invoices newly?)
