Do we have a rule for our agent territory?
If we have, please explain to me.
If we don’t have, we should set the rule like as follows.
- First contact agent have a priority to the new customer.
- Even take the first contact to the customer but business is not active in some period,
and no possibility to expand the business anymore ,the agent will lose the priority.

We have to decide internally.
