Working Location: Lake Rajada Office
Roles & Responsibilities :
Part Pricing
Set up maintenance schedule chart for all models including new model, monitor and maintain.
Calculate Cost of Good Sold (COGS) and set up whole sale and retail prices for new items, review regularly and maintain pricing database considering Mazda Group profits.
Seek for the opportunities such as localization & business route changes and implement measures or actions with related parties to achieve maximum profits.
Analyze market situation, competitors' price and develop parts and accessory price strategy considering cost of ownership (media items, non-media items) to maximize profitability.
New Product and Accessories Development
Support to develop new product (such as lubricant, new sourcing of service part) & accessory business
Prepare and execute launch plan for new products and accessories with communication package such as brochure, manual, campaign and etc.
After Sales Marketing
Monitor and analyze parts and accessories sales and profit regularly and create improvement plan.
Analyze Customer service satisfaction index, develop the strategy and actions to enhance mazda customer care
Develop and execute P&A marketing campaing to enhance mazda genuine products.
Others
Special assignment in regards to service parts supply& logistics operation including Export.
Support and promote export business*
Analyze data to support zone manager to promote PAOMT business*
Create and maintain after sales web site*
Organize and facilitate after sales event including seminar*
Requirements :
A Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering , Mechanical or related
At least 5 years of experience in area of
Service Parts Engineering
Service Parts Marketing
Zone Manager /Area Manager
Good literacy with computers
Basic automotive technical knowledge
Good in Thai & English communications skills, written and verbal
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Understand the structure of cost of ownership
