Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone
Put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information.
Keep records of calls placed and received
Updates and maintains personal copy of staff directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information.
Record statistics incoming documents ,out going documents ,incoming courier
Providing information and solving unexpected situation to guests/visitors.
Addressing quests/visitors to concerned staff.
Take messages / (sometimes) orders for Subgroups/Div. while they’re out of office for seminar/Team building
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Schedule meetings and conference rooms as well as prepare the refreshment as requested.
Update the extension number for all plant on the intranet.
