Making the questionnaires, the researchers developed six statements in terms of the relation between safety awareness and wearing helmets of Mae Fah Luang students. Firstly, National Center for Injury Prevention and Control Division of Unintentional Injury Prevention (2010) showed that wearing helmets are the efficient way to reduce the number of people who get injure or die from motorcycle crashes and helmet can save riders from accidents. Thus, the first statement wants to know the opinions of Mae Fah Luang students’ attitude about wearing helmets. Secondly, Finch (1994) presented that parents should support teenagers to wear helmet and achieved them to develop education in terms of awareness of motorcycle safety issue. Hence, parents could increase demand of wearing helmet and be a role model of teenagers. There by, the second statement focused on attitude of the riders on suggestion other people to wear helmets. Thirdly, DHSMV (2012) showed that suitable wearing helmet could reduce head and neck injuries. Thus, this statement would like to know their opinions about willing and paying attention to wear helmet. Fourthly, according to Sann (2009), wearing helmet was related to uncertainty situations. For instance, being hurry will face dangerous incident than riding slowly or riding motorcycles in short distances. As a result, this statement wants to know their behaviors by choosing to wear helmet. Fifthly,according to Jiwattanakulpaisarn (2013), if the policemen strict with the rules and punishes people who break the rules, it could increase the number of people wearing helmets. Therefore, this statement would like to know the participants’ opinion about the rules influence to their helmet uses. Lastly, Moore (2014) showed that there is some relation between price and level of helmet protection. Hence, this last statement focused on the price of the standard quality helmet affect Thai motorcyclists’ purchasing decision
