suggested customer trust, as one of long-term relationship builders, is crucial for the growth and success of m-commerce as well as transition from initial trust formation to continuous trust development. Thus, being one of few studies to consider m-trust development in mobile services domain, our results validated the antecedents of mtrust; they are, the components of website characteristics and the website design aesthetics. All together, they were shown to be important determinants of m-trust. To investigate further, ease of use and customization showed larger significant paths coefficient to m-trust than usefulness to m-trust.
