Few issues to be informed and improve for better service in Sales & Operation.
Sales Team: Need to focus and proactive in responding to all booking requirements as well as feedback store booking within 7 days. No further delay will be appreciated. Regularly submit the Final Report after demonstration completed. Half year business review will be required to analyse the sales growth and conversion.
Operation Team: Lots of complaint about PG Qualification, Performance and differentiate between Standard and Premium. Many time, changed PG without notice and proper training.
PG with Chinese Speaking: Seeking and would like to hear feedback if Demo could find PG with specific of Chinese Speaking Skill.
