The SECI-model. The knowledge-creating
spiral of socialization, externalization,
combination, and internalization (SECImodel),
which spans both the individual
and collective levels of knowledge creation.
The authors offer a brief overview of
the SECI model and remind the reader that
the spiral increases in scale as knowledge
moves up through the ontological levels,
from individual to group and organization.
Organizational knowledge creation is
therefore expressed as a never-ending process
that upgrades itself continuously.
