I love breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs, grits, toast... yum! Or biscuits and gravy with turkey sausage. Or pancakes or waffles... my mouth is watering!
But then you can always have a fancy or elaborate dinner. For me, the planning and cooking is almost as good as the actual eating. Not many things please me more than to make a delicious, healthy, and visually appealing meal. In fact, i'm thinking of what i want for dinner right now... A nice piece of fish with a delicious lemon vinnegrete that someone just shared with me (thanks to a fellow askviller!) with a nice sweet potato baked on low for a while so that it's super creamy inside with cinnamon and a little pat of butter all melty. I can't wait!!!
