In response to James Hookway reported in the Wall Street Journal which he wrote about former Prime Minister YingluckShinawatra got a criminal trial as leader that controlled the rice trade by to bought up rice from Thai farmers at up to double the market price and also she made Thailand's grain price in the world market fell but she acknowledges the rice policy was a part of her government's platform but denies that it amounted to any wrongdoing and she said, she is the victim of a political purge and the truth will come out.I completely agree with you.
First, Ms.Yingluck is an example of the victim of a political purge because of seizing power in a coup by General Prayuth Chan-ocha so they must eliminate civilian government including she is Thaksin's young sister which he is political enemy.
Second, I think that She deserves a criminal trial about rice policy because in this policy really has a corruptionsuch as bringing rice from Myanmar, Cambodia join this policy
In conclusion, Thailand should continue to seriously reform and democratic way. Instead of seizing power in a coup d'etat and should let people have participation in the political reform and Thai society for sustainable including increased monitoring to ensure transparency in all government that came to rule the country.
