I don't know how, but this and a couple other programs for sinus relief worked for this chronic allergy sufferer. I'm impressed! It worked better and faster than the antihistamine products I used.

Well that was passive aggressive meanness... Just because I choose to believe something it makes my soul "poor"? And why would you say I have spent my whole life relying on what people say...just because I said in a comment "Why shouldn't you"? I was just trying to help this person find the goodness is some of these videos because when I meditate to a lot of these guided meditations, it really helps me mentally, physically and spiritually... I was just trying to get that person to think out of the box... So sorry for being ALIVE... kill me why don't you Jeez. And did I say that was really mean of you to say that. Peace anyway.
