Provide inside sales support for Los Angeles sales office with assigned territories
•Answer telephone inquiries from customers and travel agents
•Assist the Sales Manager and Account Managers on special projects
•Ability to monitor, run and evaluate PRISM and MIDT report
•Assist with Sales Force
•Assist Account Managers with processing of Corporate RFPs, account review presentations, and multi-country/global agreements
•Quote and solicit groups from travel agents and corporate accounts
•Distribute collateral material and the coordination of Trade Shows and Presentations for the Account Managers
•Participate in trade shows and presentations when necessary
•Assist travel agents in the interpretation of pricing practices
•Preparation of monthly revenue reports, for both account details and Southwest Region overview
•Research and resolve debit memo issues
•Request and handle letter of credits from consolidators and tour operators
•Reconcile and update promotional and giveaway budgets
•Coordinate accounting on payment of invoices and budget matters.
•Co-ordinate with other departments, ie Airports, Reservations, Accounting and Revenue Management to ensure they are kept abreast of sales developments and/or changes in activities.
