force and decrease resist force is the purpose of problem research, this paper based on the analysis of swimming
process starting technique, propelling technique and turning push off such three technical features, apply fluid
mechanics and biomechanics theory to make analysis of swimmers arms stroke propelling effect, leg kick propelling
effect and trunk movement propelling effect, make quantitative analysis of biomechanics features in arms stroking
process, make qualitative analysis of leg kick and leg drive propelling effect conditions as well as trunk deformed
propelling contribution conditions to different swimming way
