If you haven’t already, you will be receiving RMA instructions and an RMA form in separate emails.
Click on the following link for a prepaid return label: Click Here for a Return Label. Fill out the form, click on "Get Label" and print it. With the label in hand go ahead and contact UPS.
Please note, you can drop off the package at a UPS location, or you can contact UPS to arrange a pickup.
Note: Please leave the Province field blank.
Once the faulty unit is shipped to our facilities, the turn around process can take between ten to fifteen business days until you receive a working camera.
If you have further questions, please respond directly to this email here, rather than to the message containing the RMA form.
