Recruitment
- Searching for the potential candidates from multiple sources.
- Appointing candidates to interview with relevant interviewers.
- Managing online recruitment/agency recruitment processes
and agreements.
- Conducting first interviews and reference checks as required before proposing to next interviewers.
- Issuing health check up form to new staff for their check up
at the hospital.
- Prepare orientation handbook.
- Conduct a part of orientation program for new staff.
- Support other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Training
- Conducting training need survey, road map, developing training course to support training needs analysis and creating yearly plan of training for all employee.
- Managing, organizing and facilitating In-house including on-the-job training and public training programs for employee.
- Preparing training record and coordinating send to government offices.
- Other as assigned by the company.
Visa and Workpermit
- Handle documentation and procedure of applying and extending visa and work permit for expatriates.
- Keep track of expatriate staff visa and work permit renewal schedule and ensure that visa and work permit are renewed before the expiration date.
- Accompany expatriate staff to immigration and contact Department of Employment to renew work permit on expatriate behalf.
- Control 90 Days, Oversea business trip, Visa for employee training
- Support to Japanese supporters.
- Support accommodation providing flight and hotel booking and contact Apartment for new expatriate.
- Contact IEAT, BOI, Immrigration, Department of Employment, Department of Skill Development.
