3.1 ANOVA of experimental factors
Table 1 shows the analysis for the differences in
grain yield, straw dry weight, Zn concentration in rice
tissues and phytic acid content in the polished rice.
All measurements were significantly affected by
genotype, water management, and Zn fertilizer.
Phytic acid was significant in the interaction between
genotype and water management. No significant interaction
effect was observed between the genotype
and Zn fertilizer on the measurements, except for Zn
concentration in the polished rice. Interaction between
water management and Zn fertilizer had a significant
effect on the grain yield and Zn concentration
in the polished rice. Interaction among genotype,
water management, and Zn fertilizer had a significant
effect on the Zn concentration in the root and polished
rice
