Round 2 of Delphi technique is the selection round where participants select the top 20 important items without ranking
according to Schmidt (1997) and Rajendra Singh et al. (2009). The whole idea of this round to narrow down the list of items
identified in Round 1 by participants to a reasonable and manageable number of items. For this study, this round was
skipped as the total number of items in each category (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) are eleven, nine,
eleven and seven respectively (less than 20 in each category).
