In this study, we successfully employed the Chebyshev collocation method to find the approximate solution for a computer
virus propagation model. This approach is based on a truncated Chebyshev series. We showed that this series can
obtain a reliable and accurate analytical solution for a computer virus propagation model based on our numerical results.
It is important to note that this promising approach can be extended to other types of computer virus models, such as
SIRA, SIRS, MSEIR, and other first order models. Our future research will include models based on nonautonomous ordinary
differential equations and larger systems.
