The job satisfaction of employees is very important to the hotel business. Furthermore, the hotel business is the job that the organization should concerned about the service and the good service absolutely depends on how the hotel’s employees work. This leads satisfaction in work of employees become one of significant factors for doing this kind of business for satisfaction in work can affect the quality of work. Hence, this project aims to study about satisfaction in the work of the employees at The Emerald Cove Koh Chang Hotel. We study about various factors that affect employee’s satisfaction in work. This project has objective we know the factors that effect on the satisfaction of employees such as Personal factor, Factor in the Job and Factor Controllable. We collected the data with employees in the hotel amount 126 quantitative who responded to the 5-point scales, in 3 which separated into 10 sub-factors total 53. The equipment used in the questionnaire developed by percentage to analyze satisfaction of employees.
