The second sample consisted of 222 teachers of different subjects. After performing exploratory data analysis, we excluded five subjects from further analyses due to the accumulated occurrence of outliers. This reduced the final sample to 217 teachers (177 women, 39 men, and a person of unspecified gender). The average age of the participants was 49.32 years
(SD = 7.59) and their average work experience amounted to 25.13 years (SD = 9.32). Eighty-seven teachers were working at academic-track secondary schools, 125 at intermediate-track secondary schools, and five at comprehensive secondary schools—a school model uniting the characteristics of both types of secondary school.
