Not all readers will be programmers (there may be a large number
of psychologists and graphic artists, for example) .
The magazine will not be aimed at the general user, however .
This magazine would be refereed, but not at the level of atransactions-style journal .
In general, we envision the magazine as serving the same purpose for computer-humar
interaction as IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications (CG&A) serves for graphics .
The magazine would come out about 6 times a year with about 6 to 10 articles per
issue, plus a number of special sections (see Content section below) .
