To develop and supervise all Marketing & Sales activities.
Develops sales forecasts as well as advertising and promotional programs and pricing strategies.
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan
to approach and secure new business for the Company
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years experience and track record in a sales and marketing management.
Previous supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing, public relations and/or the tourism industry is required
Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
