This problem occurred because you give a delivery deadline to Kerry Express, and this causes a lapse in their delivery because they just think they don't have to deliver it right away. This is not only bad business it is STUPID business, they had two of my packages at the same time and assigned them to different drivers, then they make one delivery use the wrong tracking number, so now the other item just disappears from the system. God knows where that package is now. All deliveries should always be sent ASAP, both packages have been in Phitsanulok for 4 days and only one is delivered. I love your products and your prices, you can see I have placed a few orders with you already but this was the first time I have had problems. This was also the first order that you gave open deadline to the delivery service and look what has happened. You have a very angry customer who does not deserve this lousy service. I stayed home all three days of this holiday weekend expecting delivery of these items and nothing was delivered. If you wish to receive my patronage then obey the first rule of business...TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS...because in the end we are the ones that pay your salary.
