Ketonuria should be assessed as it may alter the results of
well-being fetal tests w72x. Parity should also be taken in
consideration as the SB risk is increased in nulliparous, but
not in multiparous women w47x. When fetal macrosomia is
suspected, maternal stature must be evaluated to assess the
risk of traumatic delivery for both mother and newborn.
