Now in thinking that creating virtual classrooms and having learners joining these
courses there needs to be an idea of the strain on the core facilities. These being tutors and
their ability to handle students in this virtual environment. Ideas on e-assessment also need
to be explored. With an eye to ensuring that cheating is stamped out and that tutors can
handle the volumes of students. All kinds of issues need to be seriously looked at beyond
the just the access by technologies which is the focus of this paper.
