I went through the detail from both Establishment and Maintenance team, What I can see from this report is there are no serious matter and I don’t think we need to seeking the opinion from the outsource expertise, our maintenance can handle all the issue you were raised. However the user of establishment must strictly follow the procedure as per the Maintenance team mentioned.
Nevertheless, this case must be closed from now, and for the future if the establishment facing with any problem and effecting to the service of the operations, you are need to raise your hand up and let the management team aware of it during the DH meeting which is you are required to attend every week K.Ken
