This was a mistake on my part. I was alerted by our monitoring systems (around 2:20am – our time), but read the hours of operation & contact information incorrectly. I was under the impression that it was later in the evening in Thailand and, by our contact protocol, was waiting until this morning to send out any messages and begin troubleshooting problems. By the time I read your email this morning the Internet circuit had recovered.
At the very least, I should have sent a message immediately alerting you of the situation. This is an error in my own on-call alerting process, and will work to correct it right away to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
