SWOT Analysis.
Strengths- Evian is a world recognized brand and has a very good reputation and has built up a name and imagine for itself.
Weaknesses- Its just plain water, a lot of people just drink tap water, its hard to make water stand out in an ever increasing market place for bottled water.
Opportunities- people are on the move and out and about a lot more so will need bottled drinks and with the increase n awareness of health people will be more likely to drink water instead of fizzy drinks etc.
Threats- Other brands of bottled water are on the increase. The recession means people are more likely just to drink tap water.
