The information contained in these reports must be used in a confidential manner and stored on a secure network drive. It is your responsibility to delete reports when no longer needed for the purpose for which it was requested. If printed, reports must be secured if left unattended or overnight, and destroyed in a confidential manner when no longer needed. To support the provision of contractual benefits to the employee and solely for that purpose (e.g. Pension Manager),
