Dear Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Australia,
I am writing this letter in order to provide the reason why I want to apply to be a student
dependent with my wife, Miss Charumart PHIMSARN.
My wife and I have been known each other during we worked at P.J. Motor Limited
Partnership, our relationship has developed from friend to become boyfriend and girlfriend. We then
decided to be marriage and have lawfully registered for Marriage Certificate, Registration No.
616/7184, on November 5, 2012, at Songdao District Registration Office in Sakon Nakhon
Province, Thailand. Since we have known each other until married we always living together, we never
apart from each other then we have got a good news that we will have a child, his name is Master
Ratchanon YOTHA (DOB: 17 Nov. 2012). After our child is two years old, I and my wife move from
Sakon Nakhon Province to worked in Bangkok and leave him stays with our parent cause of we need
to work hard more and more to get the higher position and higher salary. But it is hard to get the
higher position and higher salary because of our low education background (not graduate in Bachelor
Degree) and low English knowledge. Therefore my wife decided to go to study aboard for improve her
English knowledge and higher education.
We first arrived to Australia on February 29, 2016. We both got an Australia Visa. We spent
a wonderful time together and hang out together, visiting many places and sightseeing around
Sydney, shopping and many things together. During her time study period, I will take care her and
encouraging when her tired or have a problem from study. To be honest, I mentioned that we have
been in relationship for long time, and we always living together, sharing our memories together
almost of every occasions. I cannot resist myself to live without her. I would like to state that we are
deeply in love with each other and our relationship is genuine. While we stay in Australia our parent
