I sent you the email below regarding the shipping documents and how they reach you in Bangkok from Pathum Thani since nothing on our end from FedEx or our documents have changed. I would like to know more about the process of the documents reaching you on previous orders when they have always been sent to Pathum Thani and not Bangkok. I also sent you another email with the scanned documents of the current shipment we have with you as well.
In light of that and as of now since unfortunately we don't have any information from your end yet, I am being told that we are going to have to rescind the Credit Memo I had sent to you on Tuesday, 8/19 that went against the demurrage charge.
