A comprehensive review of the business
division performance evaluation system was
undertaken from iscal 2016. Shifting from
an evaluation system that is based on uniform
Group-wide indicators, major changes are
being made to irst clarify in advance
business expectations and to then introduce
an evaluation system that takes into account
the characteristics of each business division.
This initiative is designed to encourage and
challenge each business division and to
push forward business growth.
Furthermore, CCM has been positioned
as an important KPI with respect to the
evaluation of business division performance.
Looking ahead, energies will be directed
toward increasing the effectiveness of
efforts aimed at improving business
capital eficiency.
