The KruskaleWallis test revealed significant difference
in mean of the wound area among different groups
(c2 Z 3.73; p < 0.05). The two-tailed correlation test
revealed significant correlation of changes in the variable
with the treatment kind and with each interval (p < 0.01).
The Pearson correlation r values for each group are as
follows: r Z 0.823 for the control group; r Z 0.894 for
the PHT group; and r Z 0.889 for the LT group.
The LT group gained the lowest mean (7.13 2.45) of
wound area (mm2) in comparison with the PHT (8.26 2.34)
or control group (12.53 1.85) in all intervals (Fig. 6).
3.4. Comparison of wound healing in different
groups
Results of normality tests revealed that the variables were
distributed normally in the control group and had non-normal
distribution in the LT and PHT groups (p < 0.05). The KruskaleWallis
test revealed significant difference in the mean of
wound healing among different groups (c2Z3.55; p < 0.05).
The two-tailed correlation test revealed significant correlation
of changes in the variable (wound healing) with the
treatment kind and with each interval (p
