Acceptance of the Service shall occur or be deemed to occur on the earliest of:
20.8.1 the Client signing an acceptance certificate in relation to that Service;
20.8.2 five (5) Business Days after Atos advises the Client in writing of completion of
the applicable tests for that Service if the Client has failed to demonstrate
within that period that the Service has materially failed to pass those tests;
20.8.3 the date the Service is put into operational use.
