Please find enclosed is the BOQ that we submitted today to the owner which include the breakdown of SOHO landscape and the calculation of attendance cost.
BOQ submitted doesn’t means that we cannot change it. We have to wait for the owner’s response to our first submission. All the latest revise quantity and unit rates (including slurry wall) will have to be changed for next submission. You can see we have a lot of provisional sum and PC rates allowed in the BOQ. The will be more drawings from the designers and we have to revise our price from time to time.
