JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fully responsible for monitoring and performing invoicing process to ensure of correctness as well as alignment with company&financial policies and procedures
- Manage and control accounting receivable balance, collection module and customer due date forecast to boost up in efficient cash flow
- Coordinate with Finance leasing to ensure of credit liabilities
- Liaise with authorized dealers, captive leasing and customers (if require)
- To support diary operation of accounting for Fleet and direct sales
- Ensure of completely documentation
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team for each sales campaign issuance to be concluded the correct process of accounting/taxation matters as well as understanding what the purpose of the campaign is
- Monitor wholesale and retail provision/sales allowance accrual as well as claim process to be ensured on alignment of each approved/announced campaign
- To support Sales function for reimbursement verification
