The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) replaced the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) on 1 September 2010 and offers a route to qualification as a solicitor of England and Wales to lawyers from a wider range of jurisdictions than under the QLTT arrangements. It has a more extensive syllabus coverage than the QLTT and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has appointed one assessment organisation for the first three years of the operation of the assessments: Kaplan QLTS. This study course is provided by BPP Professional Education. This is not a BPP University programme.
