Physical health is the greatest of human blessings. Great health keeps our mind strong and clear. We feel and look great. We think and perform better. We are unstoppable!
Health is also fragile. It does not fast forever. We often think that coffin is for old people. It is not . It is for dead people, regardless of age. If we are not careful, we may make decisions that subtract rather than add to our health.
If health is import to us, take care of it by asking ourselves:
1. Do we get sufficient rest?
2. Do we exercise regularly?
3. Do we eat healthy meals?
4. Do we go for medical check-up on time?
Taking good care of ourselves is the foundation for loving others and ourselves.
It is our duty and responsibility not to become a burden to them and ourselves.
A quick way to jumpstart and sustain great health:
1. Sleep at least 6 hours every night.
2. Exercise at least for 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
3. Drink warm water with fresh lemon juice at the beginning of every to detox.
4. Eat or drink fruit at vegetable juice at breakfast to promote bowel movement.
5. Attend annual health screenings and heed the doctor’s advice.
“When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless and intelligence cannot be applied.”
