When the shelf is full with documents, I am going to separate and number documents to keep it neatly and search easily as follow;
1. External received document will be kept the document from the external sector.
2. Internal received and sent document will be kept in the same shelf within the document from the Fao Rai subdistrict organization administration.
3. External sent document will be kept using the shelf for other sectors.
4. Procurement memorandum will be kept from the department of education.
5. Order document will be order staffs within the organization to perform their tasks.
6. Project document will be used for keeping the project from the department of education.
7. Copied evidence will be used for keeping copied document the related to the department of education e.g. store’s copy, copy of store owner, sports players.
8. Core team document is using for evaluate the performance and effective of staffs to pay bonus.
9. Document of sports center.
10. All documents using to establish child development center will be kept starting from establishing, students, and area.
11. Document is about master degree education of staffs.
12. Expenses planning report.
13. Controlling document within the department of education.
14. Supporting budget, agreement, keeps filing and agreement between Fao Rai sub district organization administration and other sectors that have been provided budget.
15. Seminar, all documents will be kept that related to staffs in the department of education.
16. Child development center expenses, keep documents to approve the budget and planning for child development center expenses.
17. Training how to perform operations that all documents will be used for the year budget.
18. Lunch project, keep documents that related to payment for the project of students for each center.
19. Decreased- increased transfer, transform of explanations, keeping documents that related to approve the budget in case of the budget is not enough.
Principal of file keeping
1. Read all documents carefully and then classify into section.
2. Sequence date of the issued documents
3. If the urgent case, the document will be placed at the top of the file to realize that it’s very important.
Advantages of classifying documents
1. All documents are able to be searched easily.
2. Keep documents neatly.
3. Able to get document quickly.
Difficulties
1. Sometimes, documents cannot be classified especially the document from other sector because of it’s not sure which sector should be response.
2. Some document may be rarely sent from other sector so it does not continue to classify.
3. Classifying documents should be done by long-term worker.
Solving
1. Before keeping document, all documents should be read to keep correctly.
2. Document classifier should work on document and understand clearly.
3. Document classification should be known which sector is related.

To be used as handbook on working for documents relating to document. The operational procedure will be described clearly.
